These special moments will not last,

The special moments have all past.

I'm getting mixed feelings all about us,

I might be sorry, but I'll do what I must.

I love you with all my heart and soul.

And to make this work out is my goal.

I really want us to stay together...

So I can be with you and love you forever

but if it doesn't work, please don't cry

We'll have one last kiss before I say "goodbye"

I'll never forget you, and you'll do the same

but nothing will ever heal all the pain.

I sit here crying, alone in my bed,

While thoughts of you run through my head.

But then I smile, and all the while,

Remember the great times, some of the best in my time

One day, at the right time,

A revealing light will soon shine.

Then our lives will be brightened,

And our days will be enlightened.
