Beautiful Place Beautiful Place

December 16, 1999

As these tears roll down my face,

I think of a better place.

Where happiness will never end,

And rules will forever bend.

The stars will seem to stretch forever.

You'll be there, and leave me never.

I miss you when you're not around.

I speak my love without a sound.

the more I think, the more I cry.

Sometimes I wish I could just die.

I think of you and it cheers me up.

My tears could thrice fill a large cup.

I want to be in a better place,

Where I can alway ssee your face.

Where I worry not about life,

For my pain stabs like a silver knife.

It's a beautiful place I dream of.

With purple skies and an endless love.

With forever stretching beaches,

Into the horizon it reaches.

You'll be there to dry all of my tears.

With you beside me I'll have no fears.

We'll sit and watch the rolling sea.

Together forever, you and me.
