| . | During my career as a working artist, it has become apparent to me that I am not satisfied by simply being in the studio and producing my work. I have an internal drive that demands activity in community building, especially in the arts. I seek out experiences that help me to define my role in networking artists and arts organizations, and that allow me to balance that with my own art making. My interests are grass roots, and I continually look for opportunities to learn about creating living and working space for artists, alternative venues and galleries to exhibit non-commercial or alternative art experiences, assisting artists with material or technical issues, and creative interfaces between the public and the arts. | |||||||
