The Panthers started in the Fall '99 as the "Suicide Kings."
This name was originally chosen from the movie of the same
name. Ultimately, it was becuse all of the other good names
were taken, and I had just seen that movie the night before.
(Good Movie too.)

Before the next season began, half of the Suicide Kings broke
from the main group and created their own team.
This new team became known as
"The Mutiny"
(Watch for these games, It's a good rivalry!)

The Suicide Kings played under that title through the
Winter 2000 season, until a decision was made that another
name was needed.

That's when we began the Spring 2000 season as

"The Panthers."

From there, the story continues...........................

September 22, 2001..
The Panthers and Mutiny came together once again for
a battle that would go unforgotten. Mutiny was undeafeated against
the Panthers. The Panthers started first and they were the first to strike.
Mutiny struck back and the game was on. It came down to the last
series. Panthers had the ball and could not be stopped. In the end
The Panthers came out on top and the Monkey was off our backs.
VICTORY IS OURS.
