Coolest City: San Francisco Most Interesting City: New Orleans Worst City: El Paso Most Awesome Building: Phoenix Public Library Worst Drivers: Tennessee semi drivers, all drivers in Alabama, and last but not least, the make your own rules drivers in Hope, Arkansas. Best Hostels: Montara, New Orleans. Worst Hostels (although none were terrible): Austin (disorganized and snoring drunks), Houston (creepy) San Francisco (too many annoying people crammed into one room) Coolest Interstate Perks: HOV Lanes (high occupancy vehicle lanes), Picnic areas all over the West.
