Episode 14:  Montara to San Francisco

We left Montara after Missy's rock climbing adventure and headed north for San Francisco.  Drove through some of the neighborhoods in the western part of the city as we headed for our hostel.  As we were looking for the street to turn off on, we were greeted by signs warning us that we were about to get on the Golden Gate Bridge and that once we were there we couldn't turn around.  Because we're budget travelers (tightwads, whatever...) we didn't want to pay $3 to cross and $3 to come back, so we quickly ducked off at the last exit - fortuitously right into the parking lot for viewing the bridge.  So, our first act as tourists in San Francisco was to walk across the bridge.
The bridge, before we walked across and after!  So, you can tell when all the pictures below were taken!
View of San Francisco from the bridge (yes, it's there somewhere).
