I wrote a nice friendly e-mail to Darren of Phantom Planet asking him to ask Jason the answer to this question. Did I get a response? No. Did I give up? No. I found out Darren's screenname and talked to him once. I disguised my real purpose by pretending to be a fan of his band. While waiting for the perfect time to bring up Jason and his boy band preferences Darren leaves. Probably to go see Jason. ugh, Ain't nothin but a heartache.
The Big Question Update

So you might be wondering what kind of progress I've made when it come to The Big Question. Well not much, I'm still in the process of tracking down Jason's home phone number, which shouldn't take long given my exceptionally sly cunningness. But I was thinking who cares what JASON thinks of the BACKSTREET BOYS, what do the BACKSTREET BOYS think of JASON? So in order to get my question answered, I sent an e-mail to any random Backstreet Boy, since I figured the same PR guy probably answers for all 5 boys. I still haven't gotten a reply, but I was thinking, maybe if there are 5 SEPARATE PR guys, then that could delay my response, because I sent it to Nick, the blondest and therefore most popular. So maybe his e-mail answering guy is just so tied up with all the slobbery mail Nick gets and I should send my question to a less slobbered over bsb. I came up with Howie, or if you're in the know and prefer to call him Howie D. that's fine too. So he still hasn't replied, but I'm sure he will because he cannot afford to go loosing fans by not writing back. I'll let you know how it pans out.

Well I've had just about enough of these boys. I have sent an e-mail to each and everyone of those guys and still not one has answered me. All I can figure is that mine is not one that can be easily answered with a form letter. Obviously the boys are do not realize the kind of power I yield. I could make sure they never work again. That's right, if you're reading this any bsb, be afraid, be very afraid.

I completely forgot about this very important update. Well, I was watching the MTV Movie Awards, and immediately after 'N Sync preformed they showed Jason and he was SMILING. So, this could mean one of two things: a) he is really into the whole boy band scene, or b) he is such a die hard fan of the Syncers that he has an intense hatred for their biggest rivals, the Backstreet Boys. Tough call.
It remains a mystery.
