I've been interested in drawing since I was able to pick up a pencil. For many years I knew that I wanted a career in art, but I didn't know what field of art I wanted to go into. It wasn't until my junior year of high school that I discovered how computers could be used in artwork, and that was when I decided that I wanted a career in Graphic Design. My junior year of high school I also received a scholarship to attend a summer class at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia for Graphic Design.
I attended college at West Chester University and got my bachelor of fine arts degree, with my concentration being in Graphic Design. I also have a minor in Art History. I took many types of art classes including drawing, painting, sculpture, intaglio printing, typography, and computer design. My senior year of college I was determined to learn how to make web pages, so I got an internship working for an internet company. After graduation I worked for a few companies that have allowed me to work on a variety of projects. I have done work for a multi-media company creating illustrations, logos, and web pages. I currently work for a company in which I do a lot of printed material such as brochures, forms, and manuals. If you are interested in hiring me, you can email me at [email protected] |
