Dee Wright Observatory Photo Gallery
Here are pictures taken from the Dee Wright Observatory along McKenzie Pass.
This is Mt Washington (7,794 feet) to the north of the observatory. The observatory is located in the middle of an enourmous lava field and surrounded by a variety of 10 mountains and buttes.
This is Mt Jefferson. At 10,497 feet it is the second tallest mountain in Oregon.
These are the two of the Three Sisters and Little Brother. It's kind of hard to distinguish them, but from the left they are North Sister (10,085 feet), Middle Sister (10,047), and Little Brother is just barely peaking over the far right slope of the Middle Sister.
This is Mt Washington again from east of the Observatory.
