Baked Dijon Chicken

(Serving size: 4)
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Evaporated Fat Free Milk
1/4 Plain Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
**Preheat oven 475 degrees; Spray 13x9 inch baking dish w/ nonstick cooking spray
**Combine Mustard and evaporated milk in shallow bowl; Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in seperate shallow bowl; Dip chicken into mustard mixture (coating both sides) then into bread crumb mixture; Place in prepared dish
**Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until chicken is golden brown or no longer pink in the center
Taco Burgers

1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/4 Ketchup
1 Taco Seasoning Packet
**Mix everything together and form into patties.  Great on the grill!
