Maiden Hell USA Promo CD 2

Enhanced CD Releases
In 1998 Maiden were the first band to merge their music with the latest technology and give their fans a radical new medium in which to listen and watch their music.
The multi media concept is not a new one but no band had attempted to combine their sound and image into the one source and it was only fitting that Maiden should grab the bull by the horns and issue their 12 albums in this new format.
So what the fans got was 9 studio albums and three live studio albums all released in this new ''Enhanced'' format. But that was not all.
The CDs all included:-
1. Original studio tracks plus bouns tracks not found on earlier releases.
2. At least 2 videos from that era the album was recorded.
3. Background credits and individual backround biographies for each album release.
4. Web links.
5. An Eddie picture Gallery.
6.Tour dates/ family trees and other multimedia surprises.
7. Deluxe packaging and 24 page booklet with every CD issue.

Now this is a very hard to get US promo CD. I'd say amongst the hardest and another promo that not many fans will have heard about let alone actually seen.
And what a fantastic picture sleeve! This sleeve is the actual sleeve to the withdrawn Futureal CD single which only got an official release in Europe and a Fan Club only release in the UK. So for that reason alone this CD is a special rarity.
To my knowledge this audio 12 track CD was only issued in the US and contains the following tracks:
1. Iron Maiden
2. Wrathchild
3. The Number of the Beast
4.The Trooper
5. 2 Minutes to Midnight
6.Hallowed Be Thy Name (live)
7. Wasted Years
8. The Evil That Men Do
9. Tailgunner
10. Afraid To Shoot Strangers
11. Fear of the Dark (live)
12. Run to the Hills (live)
The back cover has much the same info as the first Maiden Hell promo CD Rom.
But lets talk about the the picture sleeve: very reminiscent of Powerslave wouldn't you agree? and another Derek Riggs classic. Incidently this picture is available as the poster included with the Futureal CD single.
The cat no for this USA only CD is ironsam2.
As for a value well start looking at £35/ $50 as I have rarely seen this one come up for sale.
UP THE IRONS!
