| This Website was created because we (a group of non-profit volunteers) feel that we need to do something valuable in our live. We choose to revive the spirit of quranic recitation worldwide as part of our lifelong service. By providing these quranic audio clips we hope that Islamic web owner would use it as their background music to welcome visitors. We are currently looking into and planning to get our very own website so that we can provide more quranic audio clips as well as full audio on quranic recitation from qari all over the world. We also intend to compile the biography of qari from all over the world. Especially international qari from Middle East such as Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, Mustafa Ismail, Mohamad Rif'at, Mohamad Basyuni to name some. From Malaysia qari such as Hj Ismail Hashim, Hj Ghani Abdullah and Hj Mohamad Yusuf. From Indonesia such as Hj Mirwan Batubara and Hj Muhammar. And many more from Singapore, Brunei, India, Pakistan, Thailand as a recognition for their contribution to the quranic circle and for reference to our future generation. We welcome those who wish to contribute the biography of qari from your country to be included in our compilation. We will provide the information on international quranic competition and include the audio of participating qari recitation. One of our coming project is to write in detail on the quranic song, maqamat, tajweed, taranum and the various kind of bayati, hijaz, nahawand, soba, jiharkah, rast, sikah and many more..... Song is a divine creation, and the soul loves song. Song was created to express and awaken the spiritual emotions, especially the quranic songs. We are interested in quranic songs as it lift up our spirit and soften our heart. Our soul is sensitive to song and the beautiful quranic song easily give us a peace of mind. Quranic song make one feel close to god and thus make one a good and useful person towards mankind. We will constantly add more audio and new quranic recitation clips that is in our collections. Most of all, we would like to thank all of you, for your constant feedback, comments and suggestions. Without your valuable input we would not have improve this far. We ask that you continue your support to us and may Allah (SWT) accept the good deed from all of us, InsyaAllah. |
