A Twi'lek, Verbaas is aqua-blue in color. She is a creature of natural beauty, pretty in face and shapely in figure. Her eyes are a misty gray, haunting those who meet her gaze. Verbaas is moderately tall, lithe and slender. Her lekku (head tails) add to her strange brand of elegance. She walks with a silent grace about her despite a slight limp, and carries herself with the appearance of one at peace. Verbaas is an aspiring Jedi Master, currently at the rank of Guardian. She has turned her talent with a lightsaber into an art both beautiful to behold and deadly to the weak. She's also quite intelligent, with a knack for negotiation. The young woman is fond of writing poetry, and has unique vocal ability. Ryloth is Verbaas' home planet, and she was born into a large family heavily involved in the criminal rhyll trade. As an unfortunate result, she ended up in the slave trade at the climax of her adolescence. Owned by three different masters before beginning her training in the Jedi arts, she was never a willing party in the tasks demanded of her by her harsh masters, but one can only do so much against heavy chains. Despite her cruel past, her spirit was never broken. She was freed from her third master after he was caught trafficking rhyll illegally, and was sent along with the rest of his servants and slaves to Gon Bay Taa, a descendant of former senator Orn Free Taa. After her identity was legally reestablished, she was finally tracked down by the Jedi Order, who had searched her out since infancy for training in the Jedi arts.
