# CATS vid was released on Oct 5th 1998 in the UK, Oct 27th in the US, and not long arfter it went internationally. PBS broadcasted the CATS vid in Nov 2nd 1998 as part of the Great Peromances series.

#The movie was shot at Adelphi theatre which was the previous home of Sunset.

# 18 days to film, with a crew of more than 200 crew

# The score was done by using a 120 piece orchestra unlike the usual 30 piece one which is used for performances  with orchestrations by David Cullen & Andrew Lloyd Webber.

# Gillian Lynne repeated her role in the production as the choregrapher and the film director role was carried out by David Mullet who is know for his work on LORD OF THE DANCE.

#Veerle Casteleyn(Jemima) was dubbed over in the CATS video by Helen Massie, hard to take in but its true. This occured as a result of her
lack of english.

# The CATS cast started danceing at very yong ages it varries from 4 to around 10yrs old

# Sir John Mills (Gus Theatre Cat) lost his eyesight in 1990 and he still continues to this day on, so on the CATS video he had no sight!!! (Must be good!)

# Andrew Lloyd Webber's 1981 musical CATS is the broadways longest running to prowl to vcrs in spring 1998.
