OK, this list takes place WAY after the Jellicle Ball we all know and love. All the cats who were there are, well,dead. Gone. Deceased. All character's must be made up. Theycan be completely spontanious or the future lives or descendents of other cats.
If you have a made-up cat who is related to an original cat, you can keep the name and personality the same and change the relation a little.
You can have as many characters as you want, but only 2 or 3 can be reborns. Magic is OK if limited, and please keep this rated G.
