In Netbeans, create a new project.
Mount the directory called MotorTestGUI-NB (includes GUI) OR MotorBlank (no GUI) from javasamples.zip.
Mount the directory called MechControlAndDLL (the parent directory of MechControl).
Set the working directory to MechControlAndDll/DLLs files.
