Cara Scharf (Dancer) makes her fourth appearance at the OAT. She was most recently seen as Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof; other productions include The King and I and The Wizard of Oz. Among her many roles, her favorites have been Peggy in Godspell at Kelsey, Cinderella in Cinderella, also at Kelsey, and Dagmar in I Remember Mama at her school. Who knew being a whore could be this much fun? Thanks to all the production staff. Enjoy the show!

Chas Scherer(Newsboy) a 23-year-old NJ native, is very happy to be back with the Players after a great run as Senex in Forum. Chas returned in December from working in Disney World and Universal Studios Florida, which was a wonderful experience. Thanks to God and to his parents for everything, as well as to Frank and Shannon for a cool time… and remember… “Murder, Murder Saturday!”
Leigh Shaw (Bisset) first stepped onto a stage in 1951, in the second grade. He has appeared in many shows over a 31 year period at the Park, including Man of La Mancha, The Music Man, West Side Story, South Pacific, Showboat, and Brigadoon. Leigh lives with his cat Lovable in Lawrenceville, and works for the NJ Dept. of Transportation as an Electrical Engineer. He would like to thank the audiences who attend any kind of theatre production, especially those who attend here at the park. Without your attendance, there would be no need for the actors, singers, and dancers!
Brett Stoelker (Ensemble)  makes his PP debut, and is very excited to be appearing in this production. Brett has been doing theatrical work since his youth. Now 17, Brett is an upcoming Senior at Washington Twp. HS in Southern NJ. Brett just finished performing the role of Joseph in Joseph...Dreamcoat here at the Park. Other recent credits include: Footloose (Chuck Cranston), Bye Bye Birdie (Maud), and The Civil War (Bill). Thanks to the Meliss, Greg, the directors and everyone else for making this such a great show! TLA!
Kathryn Strasser (Nellie) has been involved in music and theatre since she was eight years old. Her past productions have included Bye, Bye, Birdie, Hello, Dolly, Godspell, Cinderella, and The Secret Garden. She is currently a theatre major at Temple University.
Meredith Stypinski (Ensemble) is a sophomore at Delran High School. Favorite roles include Applause (Bonnie), Runaways (Gretchen), Doctors and Nurses (Nurse Taffy), and Best Christmas Pageant Ever (Imogene). Meredith is a vocal student of Robert Edwin, and also plays piano and drums. Much love goes out to Mom and Dad. Viva La Vie Boheme!
Christine Swope (Ensemble) has been involved in theatre for the past 9 years and is  honored to be working for the first time with the Pennington Players. Her most recent production was Working (Mason); some of her other credits include King and I (Anna), Bye Bye Birdie (Kim), Seventeen (May), Plain and Fancy (Katie), and Marriage Proposal (Natalia). She has been singing in a choir of some sort for about 15 years. She would like to thank Chuck Kuhn for everything he taught her and Frank and Shannon for this amazing opportunity. She would also like to thank Roy Nelson and Kris Torchia, and all the directors at Neshaminy Summer Stock for the wonderful years of her life, where she learned all about theatre To God and my friends and family thank you for everything, especially my mom, I love you all.
Steven Attila Torma (Poole) makes his second appearance with the Pennington Players, performing last year in Brigadoon. He has performed in Cabaret and You Can’t Take it With You. Steven is a graduate of the Sanders Academy of the Performing Arts. When he is not raising his three children with his wife Anita, he is restoring his ‘64 Chevy Impala or riding his motorcycle.
