“Isolation, Detection and Molecular Characterization of Micro organisms from Sewage Polluted Aquatic Zones "

   M.Sc project undertaken at Environmental biotechnology Division, Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology, Kerala, India. It involved the isolation of micro organisms and profiling plasmids along with antibiotic sensitivity analysis and transformation. Work also dealt with virus isolation and cDNA synthesis and amplification using PCR.
