Thank you for deciding to contribute to this site. There are many ways for you to contribute. It is very important that you follow these steps exactly how written. You can send a typed out story through e-mail, send pictures, or you can make your own site and provide me with its URL so that I can link it. Please follow these instructions as written and I will try to post your ideas on this site.
E-MAIL
You can contribute to this site by writing your own story about a school event or a sports event. Make your story interesting and informative. To send it type it out wherever you have e-mail access. Check your spelling and try to word it as best as possible. At the bottom of your story type out your name or, if you wish to remain anonymous, type "anonymous". To contribute right now, click HERE. You will also find various clickable paws, logos or instant messengers throughout the site that will allow you to contribute your ideas.
PICTURES
There is also a way to contribute pictures to the site. I would appreciate pictures of the school, special events, students and staff. These instructions must be followed exactly as written. To send a picture you must scan it and save it in the hard drive under the file name ".jpg" or ".jpeg" It must be under this filename because it is the only way for me to transload them to this site. After you have saved the picture, you must then go to your Yahoo! or Hotmail account and choose compose e-mail. Once your at the compose screen, click on edit attachments or attachments at the bottom of the screen. Choose browse the seledt the file of the picture. Click on attach to mesage. Then click done and send.
MAKE YOUR OWN PAGE!
The last way you can contribute to this site is by creating your own webpage. I know some of you might be thinking "it's too hard" but there are some ways of creating a fairly simple page. First you must go to http://www geocities.com and sign up. From there you have three choices. You can chose to create your site by typing in what you want and letting the page create on it's own, you can create it by customizing the page to your liking by just clicking on sites or you can choose the hard way and use HTML (which is what I am using). After you have created your web page send me the URL, also known as address, and I will link it through one of my pages. Don't forget to send me your name.
