HEAD: Captain Grid Iron
RIGHT ARM: '85 Tomax
EVERYTHING ELSE: '91 Mercer
- Mercer is an interesting character, being an ex-Viper and all. I had the complete '91 figure but, didn't like the beard on the face and the chain-link arm. Capt. Grid Iron's head seemed to have the clean shaven seriousness I invisioned Mercer having and Tomax's lightly armored arm completed my idea.
ENTIRE FIGURE: '01 Duke
- I know, I know. You're asking, "why is this one on a customs page?" Well, I didn't own an older duke head so I couldn't just swap out the brown haired one for a blonde one. After mixing paint colors for 45 minutes I eventually came up with the hair color that I wanted. So, the real work on this figure was the paint mixing.
