| Jeff, Ryann, Matt and Amy all arrived at the Staples Center in Los Angeles around three o�clock that afternoon. As they drove into the arena, there were fans all over the place watching everyone arrive. Ryann started to laugh. �What is so funny, Ryann?� Jeff asked as he drove down to the garage. �A year ago, that would have been me waiting to catch a glimpse of my favorite wrestlers, the one and only Team Extreme. Now I am arriving at the arena with you guys.� �Well,� Matt said. �I think it is pretty cool.� Jeff parked the car and the four of them got out. Matt, Jeff, and Amy headed over to the fans to sign some autographs, while Ryann waited at the car. A few minutes later, Brady showed up and said, �Hey Ryann�� �Hey Brady, what�s up?� �Not much. Can you believe it�s actually happening? We are going to be on Raw tonight!� Brady said, hardly able to contain his excitement. �I know�� �So I saw you show up with the Hardy Boyz�� �Yeah, I am staying with Jeff until I get an apartment in Cameron. They�ve all been really great.� �So you want to go out there?� �And sign autographs? Who�s going to want ours? We aren�t superstars yet Brady.� Ryann said, and laughed. �Come on.� Brady said. He grabbed Ryann�s arm and started pulling her toward the fans. When they saw them come out, a few of the people came over to Brady and Ryann and asked for autographs. As Ryann was signing one, she looked over at Jeff. He looked up at her and smiled. Ryann finished signing, and she and Brady headed back inside. They waited at the car for Matt, Jeff, and Amy. A few minutes later, the three of them came back in and grabbed their bags. They all walked into the arena, and found their dressing rooms. Ryann�s dressing room was next to Matt and Jeff�s, and Amy�s was on the other side. Brady�s dressing room was on the other side of Ryann�s, to coincide with the storyline they had tonight. The placement of their dressing rooms was a key factor in what would set the stage for Jeff�s match against Brady. They all went into their dressing rooms, and after Jeff had gotten ready, he went next door to see his girlfriend. Ryann had just finished getting dressed and was putting her hair up when Jeff walked in. He looked her up and down. �WOW. I really like that on you. You are going to look hot tonight.� �Thanks Jeff. Amy said that you would like it.� �Amy knows me really well.� Jeff said. He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her neck. �So anyway, we�re going to shoot the pre show promo in a few minutes, are you ready?� Ryann put the finishing touches on her hair. �As ready as I�ll ever be.� She said, and turned around and kissed him. There was a knock on the door, and Ryann said, �Come in.� A cameraman came in, and said, �Brady is ready outside to shoot this promo, are the two of you ready?� �Yes, I am ready.� Ryann said as she took a deep breath. Ryann went over and sat on the couch in her dressing room, and Jeff went over and leaned on the arm like he was talking to her. The camera man signaled to start, and Jeff said, �So Ryann, are you really excited to be here?� �I sure am Jeff. I can�t wait to get down to the ring and wrestle.� �Well, ya know Ryann, I�d like to wrestle with you sometime, and show you some moves. We should get together.� �I�d like that Jeff, so call me, ok?� Jeff got up off the arm of the chair and walked over to the door. Brady walked in the door and it slammed Jeff in the face as he was headed out. Jeff fell back onto the ground and Ryann jumped up immediately and went to help him. Jeff got up and got in Brady�s face. �What was that shit for?� �You�ve got a lot of nerve being in here. What the hell are�� Jeff cut Brady off. �Now I�m gonna have to kick your ass. Just because you won at Tough Enough, doesn�t mean you can just walk around here as you please. Knock before entering a room, especially one of a lady.� �Who do you think you are Jeff? Who are you to run your trap to me?� �Have some respect Brady.� Brady became somewhat impatient with Jeff running his mouth, so he said, �Respect? I think you need to get a lesson in respect.� �Then why don�t you give me one hot shot? In the ring, tonight, you and me, unless you�re afraid?� Jeff said, and walked out of the dressing room. Brady looked at the door as it closed, and yelled, �You�re on!� He then turned to Ryann and said, �Can you believe him?� �Well, Brady. You did just hit him in the face with a door.� �Hey, I thought we were in this together?� �We are Brady, we are.� Everybody stood still for a moment, until the cameraman said, �CUT!� Then Ryann and Brady relaxed, and Jeff came back in the room. He said, �That was great guys.� �Yeah,� said the cameraman, �That�s a wrap.� He left the room and Ryann sat down on the couch. Jeff sat down next to her. �You were great Ryann.� �Thanks Jeff. So now what?� �Well, it�s almost seven o�clock, so it won�t be long before we start. We just pretty much hang out backstage until its time for us to go on. If you want, I could take you to meet some of the guys.� �I�d rather just hang out here.� Ryann said. There was a knock at the door and Jeff said, �Come In.� Al Snow walked in and said, �Welcome to Raw guys. How have things been so far?� Ryann said, �Great. We just shot our first promo with Jeff. It was really cool.� �Yeah, it was awesome.� Brady said. �So are you both ok with your story lines?� Al asked. �I am fine with it.� Ryann said immediately. �It�s cool for now.� Brady replied. Jeff got up from the couch and said, �Well, I�m going to go loosen up before the match. I�ll see you in a little bit.� Jeff leaned down and gave Ryann a kiss, and then he left. Brady and Al were just looking at her, stunned. �What?� She asked. �Did Jeff just kiss you?� Brady asked. �Yes, he is my� oh, nobody here knows. Jeff and I are dating now.� �For real?� Brady inquired. �Yes, for real Brady.� Ryann said. �Well Brady,� Al said. �We should probably get you warmed up, you are the second match of the night. Ryann, we�ll see you in a few minutes.� Ryann sat backfor a long while, taking it all in. She heard the opening music of the show, and it was then she started to get a little nervous. Ryann could hear previously recorded promo playing on the screen, and the fans cheer when they saw Jeff. Moments later, Amy came in. �Hey Ryann,� She said. �They are ready to shoot the live promo now. Are you ready?� �As ready as I will ever be.� Outside of Ryann�s dressing room, the cameraman gave the signal that the live promo had begun. Brady was about to open the door to Ryann�s dressing room, when Jeff walked up behind him. Brady turned around and said, �What now Jeff?� �Where are you going Brady? To hide behind your Tough Enough co-champion? She can�t save you. You�re going to learn real quickly what it�s like to be extreme!� Ryann opened the door to her dressing room as Jeff was walking by Brady. Jeff shoved Brady into what was supposed to be the door, but instead, Brady ran into Ryann and they both fell on the floor. Jeff turned and looked. He said, �See ya in the ring.� And walked out of sight of the camera. The camera then focused on Ryann and Brady scurrying to their feet. The cameraman signaled that the promo was over, and Rob Van Dam�s entrance music started to play. Jeff came back over and said, �Are you ready Ryann?� �I am ready. It�s not like I have much to do, but I am ready.� Jeff, Ryann, and Brady all walked over to the back of the stage and waited until it was their turn to take the spotlight. |
