We are continually educating ourselves in the paranormal (Spirits/Ghosts/Hauntings) and how and why they exist, and will share with others our beliefs, concepts and understandings, based on information we've gathered from our investigations and research, and other groups within the paranormal community.
As a part of our ongoing education we as a group must co-ordinate our research efforts on historical sites, including houses, buildings and any location that has been reported to have paranormal activity. I am seeking permission for a small group of approx 4-6 people to visit at your earliest convenience and conduct a field investigation.
There is no charge for an investigation, although any size donation for gas, and supplies to further our studies would be greatly appreciated but is not expected!!
The length of our investigation is entirely up to yourself, we do ask though you please allow us a minimum of 4 hours as it does take us time to set up before the investigation and break down our equipment afterwards.
Listed below are some steps that lead up to an investigation to give you an idea of how we go about documenting locations.
1. I will conduct a brief phone interview to get as many details as possible so I may learn about the paranormal activity you are experiencing and of what history is known about the location. This process may involve a couple phone conversations but will help us better prepare for possible future investigation.
2. I would like to set up a date for a meeting at the location in question, in doing this I can get a better understanding of the surroundings and activity that is taking place. I would also like to document any information that may have been left out in the initial conversations and interview any witnesses that are available. Surprisingly the smallest details can make a big difference in documenting a haunting. I will then map out the location for points of interest including the specific locations where the activity has taken place so I may determine the best possible locations to set to cameras, recording equipment etc.
3. Some equipment we will use to document paranormal activity includes surveillance, video, digital, and 35mm cameras. Digital and analog audio recording equipment. Thermal recorders, standard, remote and infrared recorders will also be used. We will sometimes use the help of a psychic investigator to possibly pick up names of spirits from the past and during our visit. Keeping in mind the psychic will enter the location free from any information that has been given during the interview process so he / she can get clean impressions.
We understand your right to privacy; any information we collect will be confidential unless your permission has been granted by signing the Release of Information and Evidence Form.
We also understand and fully respect that we will be on private property at all times and all due consideration will be given so that no damage will incur to any part of your property during our investigation. A release form will be signed by the team leader, property owner and a witness to release all parties.
The names of the investigators attending the investigation will be provided prior to the investigation upon request. We will also provide ID if requested.
After the investigation has taken place we will comb through the collected data and see if we have captured any unexplainable phenomena, after this process I will be in contact with you and let you know our findings and if you wish arrange a meeting to review our evidence.
