Temperature: Throughout the jail, the temperature fluctuated frequently and is difficult to get an accurate reading. Eg; open windows in death row. I noted a couple of drafts which we thought may have been unexplainable, after checking the area the open windows were discovered. Also to the left of Patrick�s cell was a radiator and the heat coming from it was unbearable at times.

6.26 pm - Preliminary Investigation of death row, get preliminary psychic impressions which was used later in providing a focal point for the investigation to follow.
6.55.23pm � In the lower level storage room my Sony camcorder seemed to loose it�s tracking ability, the sound is there also the video at times goes completely blank. The camera starting working correctly again at 7.05.12. During this occurrence I had taken several digital photos and they turned out correctly with no digital camera problems, keeping in mind my 2 cameras were mounted side by side.

With this information I have not completely ruled out a video camera defect, although the camera has not done this in the past nor showed any signs of problems during the rest of this investigation. Currently I am looking into a possible defective tape and will post my findings as soon as they are available.
10.15.26pm � During the use of a spirit communication board in our room a squeak like noise was heard by myself and also was picked up on my camcorder.
(I believe this to be a bird outside our bedroom window as this is common at the Ottawa Jail)
10.32.59pm Kate and I were trying to make contact with any present spirits in the secret stairwell, during our spirit board session minutes earlier a spirit said they would make themselves known if we went into the stairwell. After asking any spirits to join us downstairs I heard 2 soft footsteps which sounded like they were only 1 flight above us, this was also picked up by the camcorder. These footsteps could have come from the main stairwell, a future visit and verification will be necessary to confirm this information.
The initial temperature reading in death row was 72-73 degrees all fluctuations were normal. There were fluctuations in the different cells in death row, but were within 10 percent.
11.34.15pm Michele hears a sigh in Patrick�s cell, no audible showed up on my camcorder.
9.48.00 Headed up to death row once again, to warm up from outside.
9.58.15 Michele clearly heard someone say hello no audible showed up on my camcorder.
10.14.13 Michele feels a cold spot on her left leg and thigh; I did not feel this spot holding my hand at the specified location. At this time the windows in the hallway were open. 2 of them so I closed them. In this case a natural cause cannot be ruled out.
