(who I call Jeffrey) who has recently passed on to Heaven. He touched so many lives that it feels as though he is still with us. Jeffrey was a free spirited and care free young man who was enjoying life. He just was becoming a man when God decided he needed an extra angel. This site is dedicated to the memory of Jeff and it will be full of memories. You will laugh. You will cry. But most of all, your heart will be filled with love.
