July 23,2003:@ 8:12 p.m Jeff hardy has released a demo of his song called "HOME" I posted the lyrics on the pyrics page. Thanks to Jeff, Beth and Luna for those! May 30, 2003:@12:30 a.m ANSWERS FROM WILLOW, JEFF AND BETH A huge "Thank you" to Wind, Beth, Jeff and Willow for sharing this info with us!! WILLOW *What brought Willow out of hiding?=......Willow's Way!.... *Will he do other shows?= Willow is not booked for any wrestling events..... *How was it being back?= Willow never left.....although, he is surprised that some people can't distinguish between himself and Jeff Hardy.....he wears a mask..not face paint....he has cooler hair....and he says, "Besides, I look better in a dress!".....(BTW....he did look HOT in that black dress!!!......nice butt, too!) *Was his entrance like it used to be?= Willow emerged slowly....sort of crouching down....he started to dance....Manson blaring.....then he expelled an unidentifiable green liquid from his mouth...It was classic!....(I still don't know what that liquid was!) *Will that match be broadcast locally out there?= Yes, it will be shown on their local cable channel.....but I'm not sure when...I'll try to find out.... JEFF *What has he been doing?= What hasn't he been doing?...lol....Jeff has been doing lots of drawing...writing....building....sculpting....digging...creating....resting...playing with puppies....thinking....and just being Jeff! *Current plans?= All of the above. *Will he be wrestling independently?= Jeff is not booked for any wrestling events..... *Has he started working on his music?= Jeff is constantly working on his music....but he has not gone to Cincinnati to record an album yet. This is something that I was greatly misquoted on earlier. Although I did say that Jeff was "getting ready" to go Cincinnati, I did not say that his plane left tomorrow, or next week, or anytime soon. "Getting ready" means "preparing".....and that's exactly what I meant....Jeff is preparing to go to Cincinnati to record.....and if anyone is familiar with the music business, the time spent prior to actually recording can be pretty lengthy.....so....to clarify what I said before......I am stating as the "Peroxwhy?gen Representative" that Jeff Hardy has not gone to Cincinnati to start recording an album with the members of Burnside6. *Is he jealous of Willow for all the attention he's getting?= Should he be jealous "We love...We hate...We die...Forever late....in Willow's Way...." *How is he feeling mentally and physically?= He's feeling good....the body takes time to heal....and his body hurts often....but I think he's mending well. BETH *Are you upset about being pointed out at the event?= I wasn't really "pointed out".....Thomas just took me over and introduced me to his sister and a girlfriend of one of their wrestlers, and I sat with them for the show. I'm sure other people heard him introduce me to them, but I wasn't introduced to the crowd. *If the match is broadcast will you be in the footage?= Not to my knowledge. I mean, if the camera guy filmed me and the announcer identified me...then yeah, I probably will. But they didn't do an interview or anything like that. Actually, I spotted myself in a pic that was posted somewhere on the internet....not sure where it was, though....*will that create widespread panic* *How is it having Jeff home and how are the two of you doing?= It's great having him home! I was just thinking the other day that it's been a while since I've dialed his cell phone number.....now I just open the front door and yell!...lol....But, we're doing wonderful! For the past four years I anxiously anticipated the day when Jeff would be home everyday. My wish was granted earlier than I expected....but you definitely won't hear me complain about that! It's nice not having to sleep alone at night....or with Liger... who totally hogs the bed!....lol May 27, 2003:@1:20 p.m --JEFF MENTIONED IN EDGEUCATION OF ADAM COPELAND This week as I was sifting through the ol' sack o' Edge e-mails, it seemed like there were a lot of people interested on how the name Edge came about. So here goes... Most of my contact came with Vince Russo, who said he wanted me to be a "modern-day Jim Morrison." I thought, What do I do, wander down the ramp in a drunken stupor and flash the crowd? How can a wrestler be Jim Morrison? They had me reciting poetry. I think what they wanted is what Jeff Hardy was doing in his final days for the WWE. The only problem is, that's just not me. When all was said and done, I wanted to look like a wrestler, with tights and all. The creative department drew up a character that had leather pants, green hair and a blue silk shirt with gold chains on! I saved the drawing, and besides the chains, it eerily resembles Jeff. Credit: Wrestling-Edge.com May 2,2003:@ 12:34 a.m --JEFF MENTIONED IN PHILLY DAILY NEWS COLUMN Bye, bye, Jeff Jeff Hardy and WWE parted ways last week. From what the Dog can piece together, it was more a mutual decision than a firing. Jeff has lost his wrestling fire. He craves new challenges, notably music. His decreasing interest and joy have been painfully, increasingly visible since he and brother Matt split the Hardy Boyz team in the Raw/Smackdown draft one year ago. Jeff hasn't looked happy wrestling. He hasn't even looked happy smooching and snuggling with Trish Stratus. If Hardy can't be happy with that... Who'd have guessed one year into the split, Matt Hardy on "Smackdown" would be cruiserweight champ, a rising star with a happening gimmick (and who is, from what I hear, a 24/7/365 pro-wrestling enthusiast), while brother Jeff, long projected the bigger singles talent of the pair, would leave wrestling. The Dog can only hope Jeff Hardy finds his smile again. Life's too short not to. --ADDITIONAL MESSAGE FROM BETH VIA WINDOFPOWER Beth is receiving fan e-mails through her E-Bay e-mail. As a fan myself I understand the desire to write to them. That is what the post office box is for. Beth asks you to please NOT use her E-Bay e-mail to write to them. She needs this e-mail for people who are interested in Jeff's art and have questions about the auctions. Please respect her wishes and remember they are trying to conduct business on line. Her E-Bay e-mail is a business e-mail... not a personal one. Fan mail is going to fill up her box and not allow the mail she needs to reach her. Remember you can write to them just the same at the post office box. They do read their mail. You can also post messages to them at the Puppy Site. -- AN OFFICIAL MESSAGE FROM BETH AND JEFF Special thanks to Beth, Jeff and WindOfPower from our Xtreme Board for the following information... If you doubt the legitimacy of this post please verify with the webmistress that the person posting this for us is our contact. About The Picture Of Jeff On E-Bay: " I noticed that someone posted that it looks like Jeff is in front of his studio in the pic with the drawing. Actually, it's the door of the puppy lot that he and his dad built! He had to customize the door with his artwork! He wrote the puppy's names in spray paint....Hardy style!" What's Up With Jeff? "Basically he's getting ready to go to Cincinnati and record an album with the band. That's basically all he's concentrating on right now. I know you've seen it posted about all the Indy promoters and stuff....but he's not doing anything with them wrestling wise He only wants to wrestle for wwe, but for now, he's focusing on the music thing." I've been flooded with questions about what happened. I don't know much, but I do know it was an amicable split. Does he still love the business. Yes, just not as much as he used to. Read the Hardy's book and you'll see. I can't really speak for Jeff, but I do know he was sick of all the crap regarding him on the net, so I won't add to it. I'll never forget the moments we had in the ring. Take care buddy, we had some fun. Credit: WWE.com ORIGINAL JEFF ART WORK ON EBAY Would you like to own a piece of Jeff's original art work? Well now you can! Jeff's very first piece of original art work is up for bid at Ebay. April 25, 2003:@ 12:30 p.m --MATT COMMENTS ON JEFF The folllowing is from Byte This! with Matt Hardy: Byte This!: Its been all over the internet and I realise theres a lot of people out there Matt, not only on the internet but WWE fans who wanna know the answer to the question, dont know if you can answer it, dont know if you really wanna address it, but this being Byte This and the controversial show that it is weve gotta ask you, what is the situation with Jeff? Matt: Its a very good question, I definitely anticipated getting that question being on the show so we might as well go ahead and knock that out from the beginning. Right now I think the situation with Jeff is this, Jeff obviously his first love of anything in life has been professional wrestling and sports entertainment and currently I think Jeffs been in a rut for the last 6 - 8 months, possibly even a year, and ever since weve split off from each other and I went off on SmackDown and hes been on Raw Ive noticed even hes drifted farther away from really being passionate about sports entertainment, because hes got a lot of other things hes interested in, music, art, different things and basically it came to a point where Jeff has some things in his personal life that he needs to take care of and between his personal life and the WWE err Jeff was torn between, the WWE wanted him to make a choice to either fully do things and commit himself to the WWE or take care of things in his personal life, so right now Jeff has opted to take care of things in his personal life and probably for right now this is the right decision because Jeffs heart isnt 100% into WWE and sports entertainment and Im not saying it wont be. Byte This!: Not to take anything away from the situation Matt you both have been up and down the road for a few years with your wrestling careers, this is where it all started, from a standpoint of brother to brother is he making the right move, do you feel, you never say never in this industry of course. Matt: No, no, I mean, in my opinion I dont think you can even ask me to answer that for him and I couldnt coz were two different people, although we are united by blood, blood brothers we definitely have different views and opinions and no, me I would never wanna leave, youre gonna have to kick me out of the joint yknow, Jeff on the other hand just has a different feeling right now, and will Jeff be back, I definitely think he will, I think this is a time where Jeff basically needs to go through a period of really finding out what he wants in life and what he wants to do, because hes just kinds burned out. Jeffs very different to most people, Im very logical, Jeffs very abstract and right now he needs to find out what he wants to do. Tom on Byte This agreed that Jeff needs to take two steps back and he will realise whether he wants to stay away or return and that hed always be welcome. Matt agreed that he would be welcomed back as the departure wasn't on bad terms. Matt says that Jeff has a huge following and that he really wanted to thank the fans, Matt has spent the last few days with Jeff and Jeff really wanted to come on air to say thank you but didnt have the chance to. Matt says he truly believes that Jeff will be back in WWE, maybe 6 -8 months or it could be 1 - 2 years. --TRISH STRATUS MENTIONS JEFF IN UK CHAT This week Trish Stratus was involved in a chat with the Sun Online, a UK newspaper. A fan asked about her feelings on Jeff's departure. Here's what she had to say: I don't know exactly what happened with Jeff, I only just read about it myself. I knew there were some issues but I don't know any of the specifics. The last time I spoke to Jeff we were talking about how we were going to develop the storyline between us. People say that Jeff had lost his passion, and I think perhaps he did. Maybe he just needs to be away from the business and find his way again. Maybe he'll find his way back into wrestling or find another passion. I wish Jeff the best of luck and it would have been a great storyline. We started the angle ages ago, before I got injured with my ankle, and everyone was so excited about it. Then I got injured and I was off TV, so it was good to be starting it up again. The response I got from the fans was tremendous, especially through my website. I was really looking forward to be combining our two characters, who were so different. At first I thought my guy fans and Jeff's girl fans might not like it, but the audience response especially when we kissed was great. I don't know if I'll get another man in the WWE. My other love interest was Vince McMahon, and we all know how that went! And then there was the kiss I had with The Rock, which people really liked. But if I got another guy, it would have to be the right one. Because with Stacy and Test I can see the fans saying, "I don't want you to be with Test!" My girlfriends were pretty jealous about me kissing The Rock and Jeff Hardy and they always ask me who's the better kisser. But I don't kiss and tell! Credit- JNH.com April 22,2003: @10:24 p/m --Jeff Released From WWE -- As of earlier today, WWE released Jeff Hardy. He will no longer be in WWE. I am very upset over this, But will not say any bad comments on this site. But I do support whatever Jeff decies to do And I will truly miss watching him in the ring!! April 20,2003:@ 11:14 a.m --OFFICIAL STATEMENT ABOUT JEFF this is directly from jeff and beths babies Special thanks to Beth and WindOfPower for the following information... I just received a letter from Beth giving me permission to post an official statement about Jeff. I have been wanting to say something, but I hope you all understand that I couldn't without their permission. I wrote to her last night and told her some of the rumors and expressed that everybody was really worried about him. Anything you see in quotation is as quoted by Beth. So here it is....... Jeff had a minor car accident on the way to the airport for work last week. His "car was not totaled and he wasn't hurt at all." In response to another rumor... "he didn't mess up his teeth" in the accident. Also Jeff had some dental work done which he is recovering from... "he just had his wisdom teeth removed Friday, so he's a little bloody lol! He's fine, though." Beth did catch the flu from Hell in Seattle. I had it too and believe me it's a bad one. She started feeling sick at Wrestlmania. What was really bad was that she started getting over it and got hit with it a second time. She is okay now. So there you have it. I don't expect Jeff will be on Raw tonight. I mean would you want to get hit in the jaw right after having your wisdom teeth pulled? Ouch!!! I knew he needed to get that done and I'm glad he got it over with. So everybody calm down. Jeff is fine. April 15, 2003:@ 7:45 p.m --WHY JEFF WAS NOT ON RAW --According to sources close to the situation, Jeff Hardy was taken off of the house shows last week and television this week because WWE has given him some time off to deal with some personal issues. Matt and Jeff Hardy were in town for the signing of their new book entitled, "Exist to Inspire." The book is WWE's eighth publication in a continuing series of autobiographies for fan reading. "We are the first tag team in history to have a book," Matt boasted proudly to TSN.ca/wrestling. "But we're really flattered by the opportunity." The book is an interesting view at the lives of a WWE tag team that lives their lives in and out of the ring the only way they know how - on the edge. While still in high school, Matt and Jeff decided to become professional wrestlers at any cost. In a business that usually prizes giants, they were told their aspirations were unreasonable and impossible. But after the tragic loss of their mother, they began to pursue their goals with unstoppable determination. Exist To Inspire' also tells the story of backstage life in WWE. Whether it was taking beatings from Razor Ramon and Nikolai Volkoff during their first WWE matches or winning the WWE Tag Team Championships against the Acolytes, the Hardys have experienced all of the pains and pleasures that sports entertainment has to offer. Credit: TSN.ca --The guest prior to Matt and Jeff was Kurtwood Smith who plays Red Forman on That 70's Show. Kurt said to Mike during his segment that maybe they should have the two of them be named "Da Baldies" and take on the Hardy Boys. -Bullard played on the Hardy Boyz name before they got out, saying they don't have the wrestlers but rather Colin Gray and Paul Popowich (who played the Hardy Boys in 1995, in a show called The Hardy Boys). -They both came out doing their poses. Matt had the WWE Cruiserweight Title with him. -Matt did a lot of the talking, mostly putting over the book. He told a few stories. -Mike asked them what they listened to growing up. Jeff said Vanilla Ice and broke out into a rapping session that goes up with some of the ones Cena has done. -Matt gave the cruiserweight belt to Bullard and he complained about how heavy it was. -Matt said that he loves coming to T.O. because of all the Mattitude Fans, and the few Imagination Fans. -When Mike asked them what else is there for them too do, Matt responded by saying that the "NEXT BIG THING" for him is to win the Heavyweight Championship. He said that is the goal of everyone in the company and he feels that his time is sooner than we think. With that, the interview ended. Credit: ProWrestlingSCOOPS.com --The Hardy Boyz were in studio guests today at Kiss 92 around 2:20 pm ET. They did two segments, the first of which was to put over their book, which they are in town promoting today. The second segment had some interesting things. - Matt said that Lita is expected to return around July or August. - They are happy with the way the split has been for them. They both felt that they had done everything they could as a Tag Team, holding the belts 6 times. Matt said he is very happy being the Cruiserweight Champion (to which Jeff said he was over the weight) and with the whole Mattitude Gimmick. - Jeff said he is very happy to be in a storyline right now with Toronto's own Trish Stratus. He said he expects to see it develop in the upcoming weeks. The DJ asked if they were friends or "friends", to which Jeff replied he hopes they will becomes "friends". Was kind of funny the way they did it. Matt played on that saying Jeff is over on Raw with a blonde bombshell yet the only blond he has is his MF'er Shannon Moore. When asked where he is, Matt said he is in Carolina right now scrubbing the toilet and will be vacuuming the house in about 40 minutes. - They also plugged an appearance tonight on "Open Mike" with Mike Bullard. They came across pretty well, Matt was shooting during the interview, yet Jeff was somewhat in character. Matt and Jeff said they both like 50 Cent and Jeff said he likes Linkin Park. It featured a segment on the "Swanton Bomb," Jeff's finisher. Jeff talked about the move, and shared the following: -The move was originally known as the "Senton Bomb," but Jeff switched it to the "Swanton Bomb" because it had also been called a Swan Dive. Jeff thought "Swanton Bomb" sounded cool. -Jeff originally mentioned the name for his move to Kevin Kelly, who didn't like the name, but JR ended up saying it and it caught on. -Jeff got the idea for the move from a Japanese wrestler who did a similar move flying out of the ring. -After seeing the Japanese wrestler do that move, Jeff began practicing on his trampoline to get that final tuck just right. -Jeff says he feels a lot of energy from that move. -Jeff says when his feet leave the ropes, he isn't in the air for too long, but sometimes it feels like forever. He said that the move is like silence, but then screams. -Jeff says sometimes he overshoots it, and that hurts his lower back. He said when he doesn't connect with at least some of his opponents body, then he crashes his lower back, and it hurts. -Jeff's favorite Swantons are the ones he does off of ladders. He says there is nothing like jumping off of a 15 foot ladder like that. -Jeff says there is a difference in the Swanton when he is jumping from the ladder because he isn't as steady and the move doesn't come off as pretty or as graceful.
