The Wiley Erickson & Hanke RR
Hustler Switchers (First Order)
(#26-29)
Below is an example of the second class of Hustler switchers ordered by the WE&H.  This class wore road numbers 26-29.  They were purchased second hand from a dealer in Illinois.  They served all over the WE&H primarily switching the lesser used facilities on the line.  Rated at 500hp, these units sometimes worked in pairs with other Hustlers.  This class was delivered in the standard WE&H2001b paint scheme.  They were all retired at the end of 2002 in favor of the Alco S-1s.
