| Below is an example of the first class of Hustler switchers ordered by the WE&H. This class wore road numbers 10-17. They were purchased second hand from a dealer in Oregon. They served all over the WE&H primarily switching the lesser used facilities on the line. Rated at 500hp, these units sometimes worked in pairs with other Hustlers. This class was delivered in the standard WE&H2000 paint scheme. They were all retired at the end of 2002 in favor of the Alco S-1s. | |||||
