The Jefferson Theater Company has been performing since the school was founded over 30 years ago. Dozens of students participate in the JTC each year and there are many opportunities to get involved, so feel free to drop by practice to see what you can do to help out! . All productions take place in the Jefferson High School Auditorium throughout the school year.

Theater is being led by Mr. Russ Purdy this year. Mr. Purdy works at Olson Elementary and has an extensive history in drama.

Congratulations to the cast of "The Case of Alex Hansen" for a fabulous performance in the One Act Play. Rehearsals for the Spring Play, "Rehearsal for Murder" are now in progress. Performances will be April 27-29, 2007. The third annual Theatre Banquet will be held May 16, 2007 at the Minnesota Valley Country Club at 6:00pm.
