   Giving precise data about all the sources cited by Unfit for Command is difficult due to the large number of in-text-only citations.  Roughly 30% of all the citations in the book are only in the text: no endnote is given in the bibliography (which is inexcusable sloppiness in my opinion).  Hence, the list below represents only about 70% of all the citations in the book.
