NANCY GARDNER, that is a name lives on in my heart and the gut after 28 years. Strange how that is, but it is. I married Nancy in April of 1981 and we came to a divorce in a few months, in July. We met at my work, and began dating on Christmas Eve in 1980. She was and is a great woman. How we got together is astounding to me, given that she was then a veggie and I love beef, I smoke cigarettes, she was an anti-smoker, but we did get together we had fun. I still love her after all these years. I would love to see her again. The truth is Nancy was the sexiest when she was smoking a joint, or a pipe full of the blessed herb. It was the only stuff Nancy would smoke, she hated cigarettes, but joints were great.
