Hi everyone,

I was lining up for a shot at bowling with some of the core members (regular Tuesday afternoon activity at the Club) when I felt a push on my shoulder.  I turned around and it was Phil standing there.  I finished the shot and then ran over and gave him a big hug.

We had waited for the royal visit of Phil and the day had arrived.  Today was awesome to watch as the core members gathered around Phil as if he was a rock star.  They had anticipated his visit as much as I had.  Phil spent a year here three years ago so knows this community inside and out.  He had a chance to visit the Woodery, the Craft Studio, among other places.  He joined us for supper and then to Williams (coffee shop) for coffee with Mike Ricci and I.

We had a chance to sit and talk until midnight about the year here, swapping stories of how our lives were now so different with the other one gone.  It was a wonderful time and so good to have Phil around again even if he leaves in the morning to head back to Moncton.  I enjoyed the short time.

Well off to bed as I need to get up in the morning to help with routines and then am off for my day and a half away.  A real short week this week, but the time is always needed and appreciated.
