Hi everyone,

At the end of another day and a partial day off.  I had yesterday off (thus no blog) and this morning I was involved in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute).  This was an interesting day as we learned about crisis in our home with the core members and how to handle it.  There is always an under current with L'Arche that is amazing.  There is always a two fold purpose, to keep us safe and to respect the dignity of the core member.  it was a day to relaize that there are things to remember that can cause crisis and to be able to watch for it, head it off before it escalates.  There is a real love and concern for our core member families here and how we care for them. The rest of the institute is Friday.

I was in Toronto on Wednesday for m day of with a couple of the other assistants...Alexandre from France and Katarina from Germany. I was able to track down my spiritual director and met with her and realize more and more ater a day that she will be very good for me.  A no nonsense type of person who will work me around the ring to dig deeper into my spiritual life.

I am also thankful for people who continue to write me emails, send me cards and letters.  There is much reflexion going on with people who have allowed my blog to touch them, challenge them, tap into their experience. It is an interesting and fulfilling time to say the least.  My days are long and full.  By times so many thoughts are going around in my head.  This is a place to share some of them with you.
