| 1. Do not talk without permission. 2. Raise your hand. 3. Stay in your seat. 4. Keep your hands, feet and objects to yourself. 5. Be ready to work. |

| Level One- Warning for inappropriate behavior. Level Two- Sign the Choice Chart and lose 5 minutes of recess. Level Three- Lose 10 minutes of recess; Fill out Choice Evaluation. A Choice Evaluation is a form which asks the student to answer questions relating to their inappropriate behavior. Level Four- Parent signature on Choice Evaluation and Loss of Recess. The Choice Evaluation must be returned the following day or students will automatically go to level five. Level Five- Parent Conference and Detention. A conference or telephone call is needed to solve the problem. |

| Students who are on target all day will receice two classroom tickets. Students who are at level one at the end of the day will receive one classroom ticket. Students who are at level two or more, will not receive any tickets for the day. Each student starts over every day. Classroom tickets can be used to purchase fun and exciting classroom priveleges. Students are responsible for holding their own tickets. If students lose a ticket, it will not be replaced. |
