The trip was tough along this part of the Great Wall--Daniel counted over 1,100 steps--and a lot of them were as high as your knee.

Maybe this downward looking view will give you a better perspective on the climb...and to think this wall went for 2,000 miles...

Shopping was an adventure. As quick as I glanced, this very good salesman had this jacket on me pouring water over my head to demonstrate the gortex water repellant capabilities. I can't tell you publicly what a good a deal I got on this North Face jacket.

Here's Nicole with Willy (short) and Pong (tall), our tour guides. They were pretty good guides. I think they would both love to come to America.
