Postosuchus

Postosuchus,
The biggest carnivore of its time, typical of  a
group of fast predators that evolved before the
dinosaurs and developed thier own unique
upright posture.

Evidence,
Several finds in the Petrified Forest in Arizona.

Size,
Maximum length of 20 feet (6 meters) with a
powerful skull over 20 inches (50 centimeters) long.
It could rear up to a height of about 6 feet, 6 inches
(2 meters).

Diet,
Active carnivore.

Time,
222-215 million years ago.
