I should be studying for midterms right now. Oh well. that's life. So the super bowl is coming up. with the pats. woohoo. But unfortunately, (here comes the liberal shocker of the day), CBS censored an anti-Bush Ad. Which isn't right - they are playing a pro-Bush ad, but wtf... anyway.

ummmmm.... check out the compass rose site if you haven't yet - not that there's that much stuff on it, just that I'm proud of how it came out looking. someday maybe I'll revamp this site so it looks as dashing as that one - just too lazy right now (which is not a good way to study).

So I've been having this fantasy that I drop the retarded intel science class i'm in (if you don't know what i'm talking about, don't ask...), maybe take ceramics, and get a tenor sax. which is so much better than an alto. Call me a slacker, but I am. No, i mean, I just way prefer music to science and stuff. Hey, it's almost wednesday - that means it's time for the update at your local sports pickle. and we might have a snow day tomorrow, which would be orgasmically funky. (again, don't ask).

I saw one flew over the cuckoo's nest at the Wang Theater with scouts. That movie was freaky. Jack Nicholson is freaky. But of course, everyone knows that. I'd recommend it or the book if anyone has free time. Actually, if you have free time, just fax me some. I could use it.

Yeah. I never thought I'd say this but the history book is calling my name. I'm off to answer the call of duty, to sacrifice myself in the line of fire for the good of my common man.

I've been wicked busy recently. Anyway, got the stats counter working again. I haven't posted in a while because I've been working on my band's website. Check it out. Of course, the ads get stuck in there kind of awkwardly, and I still have to fill in a lot of the stuff. But I like the design. in any case, jamming today. yay. Looking for some weird stuff? you found it.

I was just tweaking the site, getting stuff to work, but I can't fix the stats counter. Sorry. So I could be getting hits from antarctica and we wouldn't know. Dammit.

Hey. It's been a while since I wrote anything. It's wicked cold here, and I say that in the most Mainah accent possible. They actually cancelled school because of how cold it's supposed to be tomorrow. It might never get above 0 degrees, with wind chills between 30 and 40 below. But I shouldn't complain. My parents say they had to walk 10 miles to school every day when they were children, only there was some kind of tectonic shift so it was uphill both ways. Also, they hadn't invented arms or legs yet, so they had to hop along with their torsos and pull themselves with their lips. And you know what? They liked it.

But I digress. So, what's happened recently... well, I made one major New Year's Resolution. I decided to move to a new house. I think I may have set a new record: I accomplished that resolution the very next day. Now I live in Manchestah by the sea, officially. You know what sucks? You have to pay to get your trash picked up here. Back in good old Bevahly, the govahmint did its duty - it took our trash for free. But seriously, I guess it's a good idea to charge, because people will put out less trash.

This past week (or two I guess) I've been feeling abnormally geeky. I went on a debate trip, a math meet, and a science league tournament. But at least I can say that I just judged kids debating, and the science league thing was really a joke. I was suppposed to be doing Physics (which I don't take), but when we arrived at Masco, I saw that all the other genius kids had catapults. Upon further investigation, we learned that they were trebuchets (say: treb- you- shea). So instead I did "Who's Who in Science" which involved laughing at names and trying to figure out which name sounded most like the father of medicine. It wasn't Schrodinger. At least if I'm a nerd, I'm a mediocre one.

Speaking of mediocrity, I was recently looking through a bunch of stuff in my room (which happens when you move) and realized that even in the beginning of sophomore year, I was by no means a slacker. I would do homework immediately and (gasp!) enthusiastically. What happened?

Anyway, sorry it took so long to update this. I've been getting more faraway visitors, see that same link below. Time to go to bed; I'm gonna jam tomorrow morning. By the way, eventually I'm gonna make a compass rose website. (my band.) Peace. Love. Music. Or None of the Above.
