How did Noah's Flood look like?

The Bible gives a clear account what happened in this time (Genesis 7 and 8).

Genesis 7

11 "... on that day ALL the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. 12 And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights"

19 "And the waters prevailed exeedingly on the earth, and ALL the high hills under the WHOLE heaven was covered."

What a catastrophe! A MEGA FLOOD!

Vulcanos - Eruption of Krakatau between Sumatra and Java, in Indonesia. 163 villages wiped out. 36,380 people killed by the wave it caused. Rocks were thrown 34 miles high and dust fell 3,313 miles (5300 km) away 10 days later. The explosion was recorded four hours later on the island Rodrigues, 2968 miles (4750 km) away.

Earth quakes - The greates loss of life occured in the earthquake in Shensi Province, China, on 23 Jan. 1556, when a estimated 830,000 people were killed.

Tsunamis - The highest recored tsunami (Seismic wave), was one of 220 feet (72 meter) which appeared off Valdez, south-west Alaska, after the great Prince William Sound earthquake of 28 March 1964. Tsunami have been observed to travel at 490 m.p.h (305 km/u). Between 479 B.C. and 1967 there were 286 instances of devasting tsunami.

The scientists know that fossils are created when a living creature is covered with sand or mudd soon after death.
This fits perfect in the Flood story.
