Sidearms

Sidearms are an essential to any nerfer that wants to survive a battle. They provide quick shots and will help you reload your primary.
Enough of the philosophical crap... let's get down to business...

Manta Ray

Hmm... it looks like a sheild, but wait, its also a gun. Its actually a shotgun capable of firing four mega darts 30 feet. A good sidearm, but there are better.

Lightnin' Blitz

Known as the "Blitz" to my fellow nerfers the "Blitz" boasts five micro darts all being fired at the same time at a range of about 50 fifty feet. You have a good chance of hitting your target, but if you do not your pretty much dead because it takes about ten pumps to prime it again. If you want to you use this gun have another gun or a backup.

Mad Hornet

I could not decide whether this was sidearm or large weapon. There were a lot of other large weapons, however, so here it is. The Mad Hornet has the ability to shoot six REAL semi-auto shots. However, it takes a while to pump up and its range and accuracy are somewhat pitiful. It is a good gun for indoors and nothing else. When it is modified however it can become very good with Supermaxx darts, like thirty five feet good. I just prefer the Airzone 10 shooter, but that is just me.

Splitfire

Yes! The Splitfire... the only descent gun in the Airjet Power Plus series. This thing has two barrels and fires one mega dart if you pull the trigger a little and the other if you pull it full way. About 50 foot range. Takes like six pumps to prime, that takes about 2 seconds and your ready to fire. This think is as good, if not better than a modified Lock n' Load. A great weapon.

Argueably the best sidearm there is. Its range and accuracy are great with a couple of easy modifications. Especially putting a Blazer spring in it. Great handgun!

Known as the SSII to most nerfers this gun packs quite a punch as a sidearm. Modified that is, unmodified this gun is pathetic. However, slap on a couple rubber bands and look out!

Ratchetblast

A good backup weapon. No range, however, that is its one weakness. I love its cocking system, in which it feels like your cracking apart the gun. Four quick shots with one hand, however its range is like 20-25 feet.
