1/4 Elliptical Suspension and Chevy Axle Swap |

We did this step on the Jeep in February of 2000. It was something that we had wanted to do to it and finally a good deal on some axles came up and that started it all. Then came those monster 38" Swamper Boggers. Of course they never seem big enough.... |

Here is the Jeep playing on the ramps right after it was just barely welded together. The ramps were 15 degrees each, so we stacked them to make the competition 30 degree ramp. To figure out your RTI (Ramp Travel Index) do this formula: (inches of travel/wheelbase) then multiply that by 1,000. That will give you your RTI rating. |
