Front Axle Rebuild

All bearings were replaced and repacked with high heat lithium grease. Everything Torqued and at spec.
$100.00 For bearings

Drum Brakes

All four drums were turned down and still within spec.

Spring Over

Front Axle was set on jack stands, then the shackles and U-bolts were unbolted. Steering assembaly was removed and the axle came out the front were the shackles were let down. The new spring perches were welded on the top of the axle housing and the shackles were bolted into place, axle alinged and bolted into place.


Transmission

A new T-18 was bought, and I tore it down and replaced the first/second clutch sleeve and checked for other signs of wear.
Transmission in great shape.
$400 for transmission & bellhousing

All jounals are within out of round spec.

Camshaft

The camshaft was taken out a measured for lobe lift and cam jounal bearing clearance. All of the Camshaft jounals were relitivly within spec, but all the lobes were under spec when I measured lobe lift.
