-errr.... well ya know how that goes.
Heres some of the pics I have, Im waiting on my good ones, these are just a couple of shots I took while playing by my house.
Here are some recent pics of me mudding near my house.
Not my house
Well, I ltook my trip to forrest hills. Its a long story so I will just give you the basic idea. I went to forrest hills with a great jeep. After climbing and nearly flipping when my front wheel decided to climb a tree on a steep incline I decided to hit the mud. Forrest hills is North of me so the mud is not as thick and sticky. I was just cruising in 2wd and hitting little pits only about 1 or 2 feet deep. I came to a puddle that appeared to be shallow but very long so I sped up to get a wave going. Well, i hit the "puddle" and sunk about 5 geet under. Water and thick mud was pouring into my jeep. I tried to reverse out but i was sunk. Thankfully my hubs were locked for just such an emergency and after back and forthing it for 10 minutes my lockers and brutes pulled me out! I was so proud... Anyway, im sure everyone wants to see the pics... well, my trusty brother faithfully forgot the camera, I should have known!!! The sink of my lifetime is only a memory!! ahhh frustration!
Now don't go off sinking your jeeps. These experiences do not come cheap. This particular incedent cost me a transmission and a ton of money on a pressure washer. All fluids must be changed and i had to strip the seats and everything out of the jeep to clean it. Every inch must be scrubbed to prevent rust and squeeks. I also had the entire jeep rewired with a painless wiring harness. Thats alot of money for a stupid mistake. It was fun, but it was not worth it. Too bad theres no pics!!! sorry.
More Coming Soon, I will keep you updated on all of my off-road trips. I have one planned for forrest hills three weeks from now. I'll have pics of that trip also.
