another retro-ish skin. available in two versions cos i'm not sure if the words below are annoying to anyone. so if you want it plain without the words, just choose the nowords version.

if you simply wish to have the blue stripes on top and below, well i guess you can delete the layer called picture. but then the box will be gone too, but i think it will still look quite ok.
