| South of Wailea is Makena where in 1790 the last volcanic eruption occured sending lava down the mountain. Areas around Makena are excellent for snorkeling. Peter and I went every day - Ahihi Cove, Turtle Town, Makena Beach, Big & Little Beach to name a few: |
