1991 saw the re-introduction of the Z28. Replacing the IROC as the top model, the Z28 was last seen in 1987. For 1991, it featured revised ground effects, a new hood with twin, fake scoops, new wheels and a "high-rise" rear spoiler.
The RS received the same ground effects as the Z28 for '91, but kept the traditional spoiler and hood. A new option for '91 was RPO F41, which included the Z28's 16 inch alloy rims, P235/55/R16 Goodyear Eagle GA all season tires, gas pressurized struts, Z28 14:1 ratio steering, and slightly larger stabilizer bars.

Another new RPO for '91 was RPO B4C, the Camaro's "Special Service Package." Basically, it was a G92 Z28 disguised as an RS. It was a G92 package with air conditioning. It offered either the 305 or 350 TPI engine offered, and came with 4 wheel discs, engine oil cooler, special suspension, dual converter exhaust, and 145MPH speedometer. Strangely, all interiors (including leather) were available, but the only radio available was an AM/FM stereo. 592 B4Cs and 487 1LEs were built in '91.
