3. Nebraska's Drivers Licenses are special. Apparently the DMV has not realized that we are in the 21st century and have continued to create this quality licenses. Hey, there's something to be said about lamination. I'm getting my license renewed soon, so this is a tribute to the old ways of Nebraska.
