Ships of the New Republic
The Incom T-65 X-Wing Is highly manuverable craft
that has the power to take on TIEs with the odds 1:3.
The X-Wings proton torpedos (MG7) are extremely
powerful, focused nuclear explosions.
The BLT-A4 Y-Wing is a durable ship. It has proton torpedos, laser cannons, and ion cannons. The ion cannons fire an eletrical charge which disables its target instead of destroying it.
The B-Wing is the newest ship we have. (excluding the alledged V-Wing and E-Wing)
It has supperior firepower and shields and has proved to be an assett to the New Republic.
Although the A-wing has little shields, what it lacks it makes up in speed and manuverability. It is armed with two concussion missle tubes and two lasers.
The Nebulon-B Frigate is armed with multiple guns, but the thin shaft connecting the two main portions of the ship is a weak spot, and the Frigate requires fighter escort.
The Mon Calamari Cruiser was designed for passengers but refitted when Mon Calamari joined the Rebellion. It is 1200 kilometers long
The Correlian Corvette, or Blockade Runner, is armed with twin turbolasers, and has a drive block of eleven ion turbine engines. If it can't fight off another craft it can usually out run it. If it can't do either it has eight small escape pods with room for four, and four laser-armed pods which can hold twelve apiece.
