Kristine had to learn three forms for blackbelt testing. Here she is doing one of them.

Each form must be executed with precision, flexibility and strength. Kristine demonstrates her technique.

Each form has between 15-25 movements. These must be performed in the correct order and with the right timing so as to utilize the movements to their fullest capacity.

The forms are actually a review for Kristine because they are the ones that she had already learned to become a red-blackbelt. One is the red belt form.

One form is the yellow-white belt form.

The other is the blue-white belt form.

The forms she had to learn are called Tae Guk Il Jang, Tae Guk Ol Jang and Tae Guk Pal Jang.
