My name is Holly. I was born on January 26, 1981 in Sparrow
Hospital in Lansing, MI. I spent
most of the first year of my life living in a
duplex in East Lansing, before we moved to a house on the west
side of Lansing when my parents decided to have my brother.
I attended school in the Waverly
Community Schools district, finally graduating from Waverly
Senior High School in June, 1999. I am now attending Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University, trying to earn my B.S. in Engineering
Physics.
During my elementary school days, I studied art at Michigan
State University's Kresge
Art Center for six years. I also swam in both the Waverly Community
Education and Recreation swimming class, and in the Waverly Piranha Swim
Team. In Middle School, I worked at both the Delta
Township Parks
and Rec's Rainbow Trails Day Camp as a Camp Councilor, at Potter's
Park Zoo as a Jr. Zoo Keeper, and at a private Daycare center. While
in high school I was involved in
many
activities, including the Marching Band, the
Concert Band, the Symphonic
Band (as an Alto
Clarinet soloist!), the Color Guard,
the Winterguard, and
especially the theatre program. During the summer
between High School and College, I worked with my friend Betsy at Wonders
Hall at Michigan State University.
At Riddle, I am involved mostly with the Amateur
Radio Association. Currently, I'm the club Vice President.
