To submit your website, it must be one of the following:

-Related to Lord of the Rings/Any work of Tolkien
-Related to JediGollum (that does NOT mean it can be related to star wars)
-A deviantART user page of a user with at least 1 fantasy/LOTR drawing posted
-Related to writing
-Related to fanfiction
-Liked very much by JediGollum

The website CANNOT contain:

-nudity/anything rated R or NC-17
-A hell of a lot of popups. It's okay to have one or two... But not too many!
-insults to Tolkien's work, even if it's a very stupid joke... Parodies and such are alright, JediGollum judges the "jokes" and the "insults" very fairly
-illegal anything
