Summery:
This episode is second Lost Episodes eventually shown in America. The reason why this episode was delayed was because of the violent scenes that had guns. The Warden in this episode is "trigger happy" with his handy rifle and Team Rocket isn�t that much civilized. This episode was way too violent for the standards set by American TV companies. This episode was eventually shown but not in it�s proper order.
Ash, Misty and Brock have finally arived the Safari Zone. They come to a house of the Warden, to pay their money an get some Safari Balls. The Warden is a grumpy old man that carries a gun around all the time. After threatening the gang with his gun he gives them a box of Safari Balls and accepts their entry money. Misty notices some of the pictures that the Warden has on the wall. They are pictures of the Warden and a Dratini. The Warden notices her looking at the pictures, he takes the picture she�s looking at, and runs into his office.
Ash calls Professor Oak tells him about his ongoing quest. Professor Oak noted that when the Safari Zone first opened lots of rare Pok�mon were caught, now some Pok�mon are extremely rare. Ash tells him about the picture and the Oak tells Ash that there�s probably a Ditini in the park and the Warden is most likely keeping it hidden. Ash notes this and says good-bye.
Meanwhile Team Rocket is listening in, on the roof. They hear about the rare Pok�mon Dratini and decide to steal it for the Boss. Ash and friends leave the Warden�s House and runs into Team Rocket. They're half way through their motto when the Warden becomes angry and starts shooting them. They fall to the ground from the roof. Ash says that they better go because they don't have enough money to enter the Safari Zone. Team Rocket agree to stay in the Wardens house.
Ash and the gang continue into the Safari Zone. A giant herd of Tauros stamped by. Ash and Brock both catch one. Ash notices a Rhyhorn and throws a Safari Ball but just before he throws it� lets just say he gets another Tauros. The Rhyhorn runs away with Ash running after it.
Back at the Wardens house Jessie and James are demanding information about the Dratini with guns drawn. The Warden tries to escape. He is restrained but gets free. Arbok wraps him to stop him. They ask about Dratini again. The Warden won't answer. They then try the Good Cop - Bad Cop approach but still no answer. They torture him with bad music and onion soup but still the Warden respond. The Warden gets free the wrap attack goes after Team Rocket. Then they bring out the Tickling machine. He finally tells Team Rocket about the Dritini.
Meanwhile the gang is fishing. Misty uses a lure that looks like her and hooks a Gyarados. They barely escape the attack. Then they see the Warden approaching them, still in the wrath of the tickling robot. He tells them of Team Rocket�s plans. Ash suddenly runs towards the lake.
Meanwhile Team Rocket found lake. They search the lake for the Dritini. Jessie tries to get one to shore, but in she steps on the other two�s breathing cords witch cuts of there oxygen supply. The Dratini swims away. Jessie beats James and Meowth with he fists for scaring them away. She takes out a time bomb. They think the shock waves will knock out any Pok�mon and will be easier to catch.
The gang reaches the lake to find Team Rocket. They tell them to stop. Then Jessie throws the time bomb into the lake. The Warden and Ash go in after it. Misty sends out Staryu to retrieve Ash but it takes the Warden. Ash grabs the time bomb and tries to surface. He runs out of air. Just as he fades out he notices a shadow underneath.
Everyone see the sky start to darken. A beam of light shoots up from the lake.A Dragonair comes up out of the water with ash on it�s back. He tosses the bomb to Team Rocket who get blown away by it. Looks like Team Rocket�s blasting of again.
The Warden realizes this Pok�mon is the Dritini that saved his life when he was a small boy. The Warden cries out in joy when he sees a little baby Dritini swimming around it. He has helped to protect the Dratini and Dragonair and now they are safe.
Later, the gang calls Professor Oak and informs him about the adventure they had in the Safari Zone with the Dratinis and Dragonair. He then sends all of Tauros he caught. He watches the Professor gets stampeded by Tauros. |
